Responsibilities

Lead client prospecting and business development initiatives through events, meetings, and strategic engagements, supported by Black Toro’s platform and resources

Maintain close, ongoing relationships with current clients and support the continued growth of their portfolios

Manage the full client acquisition process, from initial contact to closing new client relationships

Build and maintain personalized, long-term relationships with clients, providing continuous communication, market updates, and timely responses to client needs

Work closely with Black Toro’s research and investment teams to design, implement, and monitor client investment portfolios

Provide personalized wealth management and financial advisory solutions aligned with clients’ goals

Qualification

Fluent in SpanishFluent in EnglishBachelor’s degreeCFAMBAMaster's in FinanceLatin American backgroundExperience in similar rolesEmpathyCustomer-oriented mindsetCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or related fields (CFA, MBA and Master's in Finance are highly valuable)

Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)

Latin American background

Experience in similar roles

Empathy, a customer-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills to engage in strategic and authentic conversations
