Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and empathy with clients
Sales experience and capability to effectively present service options and close agreements
Organizational skills for accurate documentation and maintaining detailed client records
Proficiency with tools and technology needed for remote communication and client management
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and maintain a professional demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Knowledge of cremation services or experience in the funeral care industry is a plus
Additional certifications in related fields are beneficial
