As a Senior Accounting Support Representative, you will process transactions, manage customer billing inquiries, and assist with accounts payable and inventory management.

Responsibilities
Process and review daily invoices and collection letters through internal billing systems
Ensure accuracy of billing information and make necessary adjustments
Manage customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
Assist with vendor invoice processing and payment scheduling
Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment issues
Support month-end closing activities related to payables
Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions within accounting systems
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records for financial reporting
Collaborate with operations to resolve inventory discrepancies
Handle checks, credit card payments, refunds, adjustments, and expired credit cards
Reverse ACH and credit card payments and update customer account information
Post Accounts Receivable payments accurately and timely
Support special projects and reporting requests as needed
Assist with audits and compliance documentation
Provide accurate and timely responses to internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
1‐3 years of accounting support experience
Advanced customer service skills
Advanced MS Office knowledge, including intermediate or greater proficiency with Excel
Ability to understand and follow Standard Operating Guidelines
Preferred
Associate's Degree in a relevant field
