Responsibilities

Schedule medical and dental services per customer availability and contract requirements
Handle appointment inquiries and resolve scheduling issues promptly while demonstrating military cultural sensitivity
Assist with health assessments, referrals, education, and resource questions
Identify behavioral health concerns and follow protocol as required
Monitor service levels to ensure contract compliance

Required

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Clearly defined customer service experience
Microsoft Office (Outlook, word, Excel) and computer skills
Knowledge of relevant software, applications and equipment – (MedNet and web portal proficient is a plus)
National Career Readiness Certificate
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to positively influence working relationships with members, providers and internal staff
Exceptional professional etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain service mentality while adhering to company protocol
Analytical ability and attention to detail
Skilled at multitasking, staying efficient, and meeting targets in a fast-paced contact center
Communicates clearly and engages individuals or groups across various media
Analyzes issues and data to develop effective solutions and decide on actions
Prioritizes tasks and manages time well
Adapts quickly to workflow changes and new environments
Maintains essential technical and professional expertise for the role and delivers strong customer solutions
