Filter inbound requests, opportunities, and noise
Force clarity: translate chaos into decisions and next moves
Protect CEO time and cognitive bandwidth without burning bridges
Run pre-briefs and post-mortems on critical calls and negotiations
Coordinate across equipment partners, logistics, finance, legal, PE, and engineering
Own follow-through and accountability loops across stakeholders
Track multi-party commitments and enforce timelines with tact
Review contracts, scopes, and partnership terms before CEO touch
Flag risk, ambiguity, hidden landmines, and misaligned incentives
Coordinate with internal/external counsel to keep positioning tight
Support PE / capital conversations with clean narratives and data rooms
Help structure deal logic, ROI stories, and partner alignment briefs
Maintain pulse on cashflow/asset realities and decision constraints
Build a living map of partners, incentives, histories, and reliability
Anticipate friction before it hits the CEO
Maintain clear ethical boundaries—no games, no illegal collection, no ego traps
Qualification
Required
7+ years in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, Operations, Deal, PE/VC, Investment Banking, Legal Ops, or high-stakes partnership role
Proven history coordinating multiple senior stakeholders across different domains
Strong reading/writing ability around contracts, term sheets, scopes, and deal mechanics
Financial literacy comfortable enough to challenge assumptions and tighten narratives
Exceptional communication and discretion
Preferred
Industrial equipment, energy, infrastructure, construction, or heavy-asset markets
Private equity alignment, roll-up strategy, or asset-backed financing
Ops + logistics + reverse supply chain environments
Prior work near government / defense / intelligence in a lawful, professional capacity (not required, but valuable for mindset)
