Monitoring and directing the day-to-day workload of the Environmental Services department
Ensuring maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies
Developing and maintaining staff schedules
Assigning and checking work of the Environmental Services department
Assisting with equipment breakdown investigations and providing recommendations for repairs
Coordinating quality assurance functions
Ensuring quality and performance of cleaning tasks in accordance with AHS standards and practices
Qualification
Required
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
Physically capable to walk and/or stand for the duration of your shift, and perform repetitive physical movements
Benefits
Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000.
