Benefits Advisor
Aflac provides supplemental insurance products and is a trusted name in the insurance industry. The Benefits Advisor will support employees and businesses by presenting Aflac's insurance products and assisting in the enrollment process.
Responsibilities
Support employees and businesses by presenting Aflac's insurance products
Educating clients on employee benefits
Assisting in the enrollment process
Conducting client meetings
Engaging in sales activities
Providing exceptional customer service
Participating in ongoing training to stay informed about company products and practices
Qualification
Required
Experience in Employee Benefits and Insurance to assist clients in choosing the right products
Proven skills in Customer Service and resolving client inquiries effectively
Sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience conducting Training to educate clients and employees on benefits
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setting
Ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships
Preferred
Prior experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
