Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
Poka yoke processes when possible
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Execute continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies under guidance
Develop standard work for processes using work instructions, assembly procedures, digital guidance docs
Engage with operations, discover their pain points and address
Focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
Participate in daily GEMBA walks

Qualification

Lean ManufacturingSix SigmaMechanical EngineeringCAD softwareERP systemsOffice SuiteProblem-solvingEffective communicationTeamwork

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles
Familiarity in CAD software and manufacturing systems
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred

Knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis tools
Solid base in Office Suite
