Responsibilities

Perform production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and cycle counting while adhering to strict safety, quality and fulfillment production standards
Operate scanning equipment to locate, pick, bin, and cycle product
Safely operate forklifts and other mobile fulfillment equipment as required/as needed
Examine incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and ensure containers are labeled and marked appropriately
Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
Prepare all shipping documents and packages to company standards
Ability to operate and utilize powered equipment, i.e. tape machines and order pickers

Required

Able to move/lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment
Able to spend the required shift hours (8-12 depending on shift) standing, walking, lifting, pulling and pushing
May require climbing of ladders
Responsible for being knowledgeable of and acting in strict accordance with the requirements of all relevant laws, regulations, and Company policies, including, among other areas, Food and Drug Administration regulations
General awareness knowledge of the ISO9001 Quality Management System requirements, company Quality Policy and your contributions to the effectiveness of the QMS

Preferred

Warehouse and distribution experience preferred
High school diploma or GED strongly preferred or a demonstrated ability to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position
