Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand awareness
Create compelling content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing objectives
Manage social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
Utilize tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing content delivery
Conduct keyword research and SEO practices to enhance content visibility on search engines and social platforms
Coordinate with public relations teams to craft press releases, manage media relationships, and support branding initiatives
Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI
Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
Maintain consistency in branding across all digital channels while ensuring high standards of proofreading and content accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including E-commerce, Graphic Design, Photography, Video Editing, and Web Development to produce integrated marketing materials
Monitor industry trends in digital marketing and social media management to recommend innovative approaches

Required

Minimum of two years of professional experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles
Proven expertise in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience with video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content
Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics
Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading and content accuracy

Preferred

Prior experience working within branding strategies or public relations is advantageous
