Supply Chain Program Manager
CPI Aerostructures is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager responsible for managing all supply chain activities in support of multiple programs. The role involves overseeing source selection, managing supply chain costs, and ensuring supplier quality and performance while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain management plans and executable strategies in support of assigned programs
Conduct program reviews at suppliers to determine supplier performance to ensure quality, cost and deliveries
Manage all aspects of supplier performance including risk mitigation and contingency planning and resolution of issues
Establish and maintain effective, positive working relationships with suppliers while enlisting the support of Procurement buyers
Represent the GSC organization within the Program(s) assigned at internal and external meetings, including PMR’s, etc
Manage and support supply chain content and conduct source selection for customer RFP process including development of strategies, program plans, and estimates
Owns material procurement performance for assigned programs as part of the quarterly EAC process, providing meaningful data about past and future procurement activity
Manage all GSC functions as they relate to the program(s) assigned and influence functional organization program performance through effective communication, collaboration with organizations functional leadership and mentoring of personnel
Oversee all aspects of supply chain cost control and material budgeting strategies to ensure operational efficiency and financial accountability
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and systems including material planning, procurement, supplier management
Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing and product verification processes associated with procured commodities (sheet metal, machining, composites, fasteners, etc.)
Familiarity with quality management systems requirements
Strong project management, financial management, and analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communications skills, both in written and verbal form
Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a matrix organizational team environment
6-9 years experience
Preferred
Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent education and work experience
