Responsibilities
Support the team across all aspects of the business, including research, reporting, and underwriting
Gain meaningful, hands-on exposure to the commercial real estate industry, including work on engagements involving leading global banks, institutional investors, and sophisticated real estate sponsors
Build practical skills and gain real-world experience that will serve as a strong foundation for your professional career, with work that directly supports senior-level decision-making and offers insight into how experienced professionals evaluate risk, analyze data, and form investment judgment
Learn from the collective expertise of our highly skilled teams through a blend of structured classroom instruction and hands-on training
Collaborate closely with Townhouse Partners’ entire team, comprised of commercial real estate professionals ranging from our junior analysts to our most seasoned managing directors
Gain exposure to multiple technology platforms and proprietary modeling systems
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a four year undergraduate program
Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
Prior course work in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
Strong analytical, critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and desire to learn
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
Strong time management and organizational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and beginner to intermediate proficiency in Excel
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
