Draft a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in mediations and trials
Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel to develop and execute litigation strategies
Manage complex, multi-party discovery processes
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a range of litigation matters
Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive and team-oriented environment
Qualification
Required
A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the California State Bar is required
A minimum of 5+ years of general litigation experience
Proven ability to take and defend depositions and prepare and respond to written discovery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Outstanding research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
