The role involves assisting engineers with construction phase services, checking calculations, and performing basic design tasks using relevant software.

Responsibilities
Assists with construction phase services as directed by project engineer
Assists with checking engineering calculations
Assist with electrical building design including, but not limited to, lighting, power distribution, communication systems, and fire alarm systems
Assists with fundamental project tasks such as basic design calculations
Assists in collecting field data
Performs routine filing and delivery of documents
Proficient in the use of computers, computer aided design and other relevant software and hardware tools
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Student status in Electrical Engineering or an appropriate related discipline at an accredited college or university
