Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ERP programs, from initiation through delivery and stabilization
Own program governance, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams (functional, technical, data, integration, testing, change management)
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, business leaders, and delivery teams
Manage ERP system integrators, vendors, and internal delivery partners

Qualification

SAP S/4HANAERP program managementStakeholder managementProject managementCommunication skills

Required

8+ years of experience in program or large-scale project management
Proven experience leading ERP programs in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of ERP domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing
Experience managing multiple workstreams and complex dependencies
Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with system integrators and third-party vendors

Preferred

SAP S/4HANA or ECC preferred
Hands-on experience managing SAP-based initiatives (S/4HANA or ECC preferred)
