Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide business and technology initiatives from planning through execution, managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and budgets
Serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders and frontline teams to understand current-state processes, identify gaps, and uncover opportunities for automation, technology enablement, and efficiency improvements
Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and data requirements; translate complex needs into clear, actionable specifications for engineering, LOS, data, and training teams
Assess and communicate the business impact of system and process changes, guiding stakeholders through dependencies, tradeoffs, risks, and change implications
Collaborate in technical design, solutioning, and prioritization sessions; review and validate pre-production changes to ensure alignment with business requirements and expected outcomes
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and status reporting; prepare executive-level communications and present progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes to leadership
Test and validate system changes, integrations, data outputs, and user training materials to ensure operational readiness and successful adoption
Ensure projects align with PMO standards, governance, compliance requirements, and organizational best practices
Build strong, trusted relationships across business, technology, and vendor teams to drive accountability, transparency, and successful delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in project management and business analysis within complex, cross-functional environments
Strong ability to translate business needs into technical and operational requirements
Experience working with technology teams, system implementations, process redesign, and data-driven initiatives
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
