Responsibilities
Collaborate with software engineers and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, full stack software solutions
Understand and simplify user workflows to improve operational efficiency
Design and develop applications ranging from customer-facing order and tracking systems to internal tools for inventory, shipping, and analytics
Develop scalable, intuitive solutions using technologies like React, React Native, PostgreSQL, Python, Go, and other frameworks
Contribute to architectural decisions to build distributed systems used globally
Qualification
Required
React / React Native – primary front-end skill
Python or Go – back-end development; Java can be a trade-off
PostgreSQL – database design and management
Full stack development experience across customer-facing and internal platforms
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment while maintaining engineering rigor
Remote-ready but able to align with PST core hours
