Responsibilities
Conduct file and database research, paper file review, and web-based research to support the collection of data and information necessary to evaluate the status of remediation projects, cleanup milestones, and closure timeframes, and post-closure obligations remaining for various projects
Evaluate various active and historic cleanup projects to determine potential for emerging contaminant releases and exposure
Support the collection of data and information necessary to develop narrative project reports on remediation, cleanup, and capital cost returns on investment
Qualification
Required
Applicants should be seeking a degree in environmental science and/or environmental policy, or a related science field
Proficient and knowledgeable in computer programs, including Microsoft Office, database systems and Power BI
Desire and willingness to work in the field in a learning and development role on various environmental remediation projects
