Responsibilities
Be the primary driver for complex merchant onboarding projects from contract to go-live
Run kickoff sessions, align on goals, gather operational/technical requirements, and launch personalized project plans
Serve as the internal project manager for Tech, Launch, Product, and Ops — you make sure everyone knows the plan and plays their part
Coordinate all internal syncs, action trackers, milestones, and timelines — and bring that high-touch accountability to every call
Translate complex requirements into bite-sized execution steps for our internal teams
Lead merchant check-ins, educate clients on process and timelines, and make sure expectations are managed every step of the way
Orchestrate a smooth transition into post-onboarding care with our Merchant Success and CX teams
Ensure that post-launch support is stabilized, documented, and teed up for long-term success
Identify process improvements, elevate risks before they become fires, and help build the ultimate onboarding playbook for enterprise brands
Qualification
Required
4–6 years in project management, onboarding, or client implementations
3PL, logistics, eCommerce, or SaaS background a big bonus
Experience leading enterprise clients through complex rollouts
Strong Google Suite + project management tool experience (Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)
Preferred
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar cert? Sweet
Bonus points for bilingual (English/Spanish)
