SPA RECEPTIONIST

Caesars Entertainment is a leader in the hospitality business, seeking a Spa Receptionist to ensure exceptional service in scheduling appointments and providing information about treatments and retail products. The role involves greeting guests, managing multiple phone lines, and coordinating appointments while maintaining a detailed and organized environment.

Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

Greets and welcomes guests
Checks guests into the Spa using Spotlight skills and gives personalized service
Handles multiple phone lines at once while assisting guests in the Spa
Deals with High End guests (Seven Star, Diamond, VIP hotel guests)
Coordinates appointments directly with Hosts, Summit Suites, and other hotel coordinators
Uses Micros System for all transactions / handles cash (over $1000.00)
Uses SpaSoft software to schedule treatments
Has professional product knowledge about all retail products and can assist guests with questions
Can accurately describe different types of services offered at the Spa (more than 45 treatments)
Can accurately book appointments with the correct therapist at the correct times
Very detail oriented, can relay information to therapists if guest has certain requests or needs in a timely manner
Prints out the daily schedule for all therapists
Informs the therapists of any change in treatments or schedule
Assists with the sale of all retail transactions
Assembles reports of the days appointment log
Assists guest with Casino layout and directions
Contacts security if an emergency situation arises
Restocks and inventories the retail products
Accommodates group reservations
Can accurately review Spa policies and procedures with guests
Has the knowledge of all hotel methods of payment (Total Rewards, Manager Comps, Hotel comps, room charges, credit card charges and more)
Checks out guests and gets the correct form of payments / allotting gratuities to the correct Therapists and Attendants
Neatly prepares daily revenue and daily transaction history for Audit and Department Manager

Required

Literate and fluent in English
Excellent guest service skills
Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environment
Computer proficiency
Has good writing skills / Can neatly write vouchers
Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
Demonstrated excellent interactive skills
Good math skills
Ability to multi-task, and must be detail oriented
Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same
Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
Must be able to sit for long periods of time (up to 4 hours)
Must be capable of reaching above and below the shoulder
Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property including stairs and escalators
Must have the ability to push, pull, reach, grasp, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel
Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment

Preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Retail sales experience preferred
Previous spa experience preferred
