Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals, recruiting needs, and success profiles
Own the full-cycle direct hire recruiting process from intake through offer and close
Evaluate and interview candidates, aligning skills and experience to client requirements
Deliver a high-touch candidate and client experience through clear communication and timely updates
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and repeat hiring needs
Leverage traditional and creative sourcing strategies to identify top F&A talent
Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the ATS
Operate with urgency, accountability, and a consultative mindset
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Finance & Accounting recruiting experience within the staffing industry
Proven, consistent performance with strong job tenure
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate independently while collaborating with a high-performing team
Client-focused, solution-oriented approach to recruiting
Adaptability and desire to grow in a scaling environment
Preferred
Direct Hire experience strongly preferred
