Responsibilities

Lead architecture and technical design for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations
Drive solutioning for care management, patient/member engagement, provider experience , and related workflows
Design and build OmniStudio components including: OmniScripts , FlexCards , DataRaptors , Integration Procedures
Define and implement Salesforce best practices around: Data model , security, sharing, performance, and scalability
Integrate Salesforce with external systems (EHR/EMR, payer platforms, APIs, middleware) using: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and integration patterns
Own technical governance: design reviews, code reviews, documentation, and delivery standards
Collaborate with business teams, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Provide leadership/mentorship to developers and admins across the project lifecycle
Support CI/CD and DevOps processes (Azure DevOps, Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.)

Required

Strong Salesforce Architecture experience (solution + technical architecture)
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Health Cloud
Strong OmniStudio experience: OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures
Strong Salesforce platform knowledge: Apex, LWC, flows, validation rules, objects, record types, sharing model
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs + middleware tools
Strong understanding of data privacy/security concepts (HIPAA mindset preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Vlocity / OmniStudio certification(s)
Salesforce Health Cloud certification (or relevant Salesforce certs)
Experience with FHIR, EMR/EHR integrations, care gaps, claims, member services
Experience in healthcare payer/provider/life sciences projects
Experience working in Agile delivery models
