SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect who will serve as a subject matter expert in the HR domain. The role involves providing solution architecture leadership for large-scale HCM transformation projects and managing customer engagements related to SAP SuccessFactors implementation and optimization.

Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in HR domain, demonstrating deep understanding of HR processes, technologies, and transformation opportunities
Provide solution architecture leadership for large-scale HCM transformation projects, with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Lead and manage customer engagements related to SAP SuccessFactors implementation and optimization
Conduct customer discussions and workshops, including planning, sequencing, and facilitation of discovery sessions to gather business requirements
Collaborate with C-level executives to deliver HR advisory and organizational change management strategies
Drive and define strategic roadmaps for HR technology transformation
Deliver advisory and assessment services during RFP/RFI phases or proactive engagements for SAP SuccessFactors journeys
Work closely with global teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment across regions
Provide leadership in solution blueprinting, integration planning, and architecture design
Act as a thought leader, staying updated on HR technology trends and innovations
Ensure articulate and succinct communication with stakeholders at all levels
Hold minimum two SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central mandatory)
Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and proactively while managing complex projects from strategy to execution
