Responsibilities
Compile and prepare financial information
Shadowing members of the Accounting department with various other duties
Assist with month end close process and balance sheet reconciliations
Analyze data to identify areas of opportunity and efficiency
Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations
Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally specializing in accounting, corporate finance, economics or business
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem analysis
Stress tolerance to manage multiple tasks across various projects simultaneously
Interest in future full-time employment with Milhaus post internship experience
