ACCOUNTING OFFICER (SPECIALIST)

The Department of Cannabis Control is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the role of Accounting Officer (Specialist). This position is responsible for handling assignments related to revenue refunds, deposits, Payroll Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and credit card reconciliation, as well as processing Month-End and Year-End closing functions in the Financial Information System for California.

Processing Month-End closing (MEC) and Year-End closing (YEC) functions in the Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal)
Reviewing and analyzing various FI$Cal reports for discrepancies
