Responsibilities

Oversight, hiring/firing, management, and development of AR department of 7
Customer escalations/resolutions
Reporting on DSO, invoices on jobs, etc
Ensure proper metrics and lead team by example
Communicate with CFO and other department heads as needed
Own the AR process at the firm, ensuring team compliance
AR reconciliations

Qualification

Accounts Receivable experienceSupervision experienceBachelor's in AccountingManagement skillsReporting skills

Required

5+ years' AR experience required
2+ years' supervision experience required

Preferred

Bachelors in Accounting/Finance preferred
