Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of control systems, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming
Support the integration and commissioning of control systems in manufacturing or industrial environments
Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure system functionality and performance
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging both in-house and on-site
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs
Maintain project documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Systems, or related field
0–5 years of experience in control systems engineering, automation, or a related field
Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider) and HMI/SCADA software is a plus
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.)
Basic understanding of control theory and PID tuning
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Willingness to travel to project sites (10–30%, depending on project needs)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Hands-on experience with industrial automation equipment
Experience with motion control or robotics
Exposure to manufacturing execution systems (MES) or Industry 4.0 technologies
