Responsibilities
Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and timeliness
Perform 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receipt)
Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues
Manage vendor set-up and maintain AP records
Assist with weekly check runs and ACH payments
Support month-end close and account reconciliations
Collaborate with internal teams to improve AP processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience
Strong experience working in SAP
Advanced Excel skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
