Responsibilities
Provide operational support for the Action Tracking System (ATS)
Serve as the primary point of contact for system support and Managed Services procedures (SOPs)
Create and deliver training content for ATS users
Offer product support to Delivery Service Providers (DSPs)
Manage various program-related tasks
Project Management of small independent projects
Execute daily Managed Services tasks
Handle system provisioning and validate DSP access to the ATS
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Collaborate with various teams to improve ATS functionality and user experience
Qualification
Required
1+ years of professional or military experience
1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
High school or equivalent
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Are 18 years of age or older
Preferred
Experience with end-to-end project management
