Responsibilities
Provide top-notch CountryMax helpful service, including carrying out any and all products for customers and patrons- provide education and information to customers regarding the CountryMax live animals
After proper training, the pet department team member may need to operate Point of Sale terminals and handle financial transactions
Oversee the overall well being of all CountryMax live animals through regular and routine cleaning, consistent live animal health checks, and tank/ enclosure maintenance
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. if necessary
Must be able to stand on your feet for up to 12 hours or for the duration of the store's operating hours
Helpful service and keen social skills are a must
Ability to work as a team in a retail atmosphere
Preferred
Previous experience in a retail environment
Previous experience working with and caring for live animals
