Manage an active caseload from inception through trial preparation
Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions
Take and defend depositions
Appear in court for hearings and case management conferences
Communicate directly with clients and claims professionals
Qualification
Required
2–10+ years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense preferred)
Strong deposition, motion, and courtroom skills
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication abilities
Active California Bar membership in good standing
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
