Graphic Designer – Ads & eCommerce (Static Creative + Strategy)

Trampolines.com is dedicated to transforming backyards into safe and beautiful spaces for families. They are seeking a strategic Graphic Designer for Ads & eCommerce who will design high-performing static creative for various platforms while analyzing creative performance to inform future designs.

Retail

Responsibilities

Design high-performing static ad creative for:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Google
Amazon
Other paid placements
Translate offers, messaging, and creative angles into clear, scroll-stopping visuals
Develop multiple variations for testing (hooks, layouts, imagery, headlines)
Ensure ads balance conversion performance with a premium, family-friendly brand aesthetic
Design static assets for:
Shopify product and collection pages
Amazon listings (image stacks, A+ Content, comparison graphics)
Other sales channels and marketplaces
Optimize visuals to communicate:
Key product benefits and differentiators
Safety, quality, and ease of installation
Value and trust signals that reduce buyer hesitation
Support promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
Analyze creative performance to understand:
What has worked
What hasn’t
Why certain designs perform better than others
Proactively recommend what to test next (new angles, formats, layouts, messaging)
Build and execute structured test-and-learn frameworks for:
Ad creative
Product page visuals
Promotional assets
Apply learnings to future creative to continuously improve results
Maintain brand consistency across all ads and eCommerce assets
Build and refine design templates to support scale and speed
Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to align creative with campaign goals
Balance speed, quality, and performance in a fast-moving environment

Required

2–5+ years of experience in graphic design for ads and/or eCommerce
Portfolio showing: Static paid ad creative, eCommerce or product page design
Strong understanding of: Conversion-focused design, Visual hierarchy and clarity, Designing for trust and purchase confidence
Experience iterating based on performance feedback
Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or others, Canva (for templated and fast-turn assets)

Preferred

Experience with Shopify storefront design
Experience with Amazon listings and A+ Content
Familiarity with Meta and Google ad performance metrics
Experience working closely with growth or performance marketing teams
