Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the manufacturing industry
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and performance
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and prospects
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the manufacturing sector
Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, with a focus on building long-term client relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Familiarity with Pneumatics, Valves, and Engineering is a plus
Experience in cold calling and prospecting is highly desirable
