Responsibilities
Assist borrowers throughout the mortgage process by gathering documentation, answering questions, and providing guidance
Follow up on inbound leads from various sources, including inbound inquiries and marketing campaigns
Utilize the company’s CRM to track client interactions, update records, and maintain an organized sales pipeline
Educate potential borrowers on loan products, qualification requirements, and the application process
Work closely with senior Mortgage Loan Officers to learn best practices and industry regulations
Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan approvals
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company policies and guidelines
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to prepare for the Mortgage Loan Officer role
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in technology and ability to work in a high pace environment
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn the mortgage industry
Must be willing to obtain required licensing to transition into a Mortgage Loan Officer role
Preferred
Relevant experience in sales, finance, or customer service is a plus
