Responsibilities

Implement and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, spending accounts, and retirement plans
Ensure compliance with all ERISA, ACA, Federal, State & Local laws relating to employee benefits programs and administration
Communicate benefits information to employees, including new hires and existing employees
Process enrollments, changes, and terminations of employee benefits
Manage billing and payments for employee benefit programs
Performs quality and data checks on benefit enrollment data, and audits weekly carrier integrations
Assists with the Annual Enrollment process and communications
Monitors COBRA activities & processes with TPA and provide reporting, where required
Resolve issues related to employee benefits, including claims and eligibility
Maintain accurate employee benefits records and files
Assist with the preparation of annual reports and audits related to employee benefits and retirement plans
Create and maintain department procedures and handbook
Works on other projects and assignments, as required for team support

Required

Ability to administer all benefit plans and assist employees with enrollment in all benefit programs, including group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, COBRA, 401(k), life insurance, flexible spending plans, and HSA Plans
Implement and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, spending accounts, and retirement plans
