Responsibilities
Manage all order processing related duties from purchase order receipt to final delivery to customer. Duties include: order entry, invoicing, new release/backorder/inventory management, shipment follow-thru and processing returns/credit memos
Sales support including customer/rep updates, managing retailer web portals, programs, Initiatives and item set-ups
Investigate/provide shipping documents in the event of shortages, deductions or unpaid invoices from customers
Attend and assist in the preparation of retailer trade/manager shows to support sales activities
Manage EDI shipment/invoice process
Build relationships with customers and sales reps
Must work and communicate well with customers, sales/marketing/PR/social staff as well as various inter-company offices in North America, Japan and Europe
Digital sales forecasting/entering sales/ analyzing trends / creating and presenting a report to the team and a headquarter in Japan
Basic office administrative duties
Weekly reporting (sales, sell-thru, ship details, etc.)
Monthly reporting (package/digital sales, distribution claim, etc.)
Qualification
Required
2 years+ Industry experience in Sales, Operations, Customer Service or related work
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university (preferable)
Excellent oral and written communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to generate creative solutions
SAP experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office.(Strong Excell skills), Photoshop and Web experience a plus
Japanese language skills
Some domestic travel required
