They are seeking a UI/UX Designer who can bridge the gap between business needs, user experience, and modern design, focusing on creating intuitive and visually appealing applications.

Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of current products, user journeys, and industry practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business use-cases into clear, user-centered designs
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate design concepts effectively
Define and implement a modern, cohesive design system and set of common UI elements to be used across all company applications
Ensure consistency in visual design, usability, and accessibility across products
Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of design specifications
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in application design and usability
Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
Ability to understand complex business requirements and simplify them into elegant user experiences
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
