Responsibilities
Invoice, tag and load customer shipments in an accurate and timely manner
Ability to move product with pallet jack and hand truck
Responsible for checking out equipment and returning in same condition
Use Internal Operating System to verify accuracy of shipping details
Meet production and accuracy standards and shipping deadlines
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all policies and standards
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic math skills in counting and quantity required
Ability to move product by using a pallet jack and hand truck
Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require; support or rotate to other production functions as needed
Ability to learn Internal Operating System and operate Radio Frequency (RF) unit
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy
Comprehend verbal and written instructions
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in high-demand, high-volume environment and meet deadlines
Able to work both independently and within a team
Knowledge of internal operating system(s) is necessary to perform job
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Basic English literacy is required for operation of machines and necessary daily paperwork
Preferred
Prior invoicing or shipping experience is preferred
Experience with computers and RF scanning equipment
