Responsibilities

Lead and execute capital rebrand projects across a multi-site portfolio
Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and contracts from kickoff through completion
Oversee rebranding initiatives for newly acquired and existing locations
Track project spend and progress using Excel-based tools and dashboards
Partner with Operations and Marketing (capex strategy is set, you execute)
Build and refine facilities and project management processes as the function scales
Operate independently while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned

Required

Bachelor's degree (field flexible)
Proven experience managing multi-site projects in a fast-moving environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
High proficiency in Excel
Experience negotiating contracts and managing external vendors
Comfortable working with minimal structure and building processes from scratch
Professional, organized, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership

Preferred

Pet industry experience is a plus, but not required
