Entry, Mid LevelVert Law Group is a client-focused firm serving startups, small businesses, and individuals across a range of legal matters. They are seeking a California-barred attorney to manage their own caseload while collaborating with firm leadership on strategy and client development.
Legal Services
Responsibilities
Communicating directly with clients to assess legal needs, provide counsel, and maintain strong working relationships throughout representation
Developing new client relationships and contributing to firm growth
Drafting demand letters, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents
Participating in all phases of active litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and case strategy
Handling occasional court appearances, primarily in Los Angeles County
Conducting legal research and case analysis
Managing deadlines and maintaining organized case files
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar license in good standing
Strong legal writing and research skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple matters
Excellent communication and client service orientation
Preferred
Litigation experience
Proximity to Los Angeles County for occasional court appearances
