Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and promptly
Manage client accounts, addressing inquiries and providing support for financial data solutions
Identify opportunities for upselling or improving client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products to clients

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in client relationship management and strong interpersonal communication skills
Familiarity with the financial industry, including equity, fixed income, commodities, ESG data, or macroeconomics
Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights and solutions to clients
Proficiency in account management, client support, and service optimization
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields
Prior experience in account management or a client-facing role

Preferred

Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage
