New Grad, Entry LevelVidorra Consulting Group is seeking a Kore AI Developer to design, build, and maintain chatbots and AI agents using the Kore.ai platform. The role involves developing conversational flows, integrating chatbots with enterprise systems, and deploying solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure, while ensuring compliance with AI governance and data privacy standards.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain chatbots and AI agents using the Kore.ai platform
Develop conversational flows using Dialog Tasks, FAQ Bots, Knowledge Graphs, and Skills
Implement NLP/NLU configurations, intents, entities, contexts, and utterances
Integrate chatbots with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, databases, APIs)
Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for backend integrations
Deploy and manage chatbot solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure
Implement security, authentication, and role-based access controls
Optimize bot performance using analytics, training, and continuous learning
Collaborate with UX designers to enhance conversational experience
Support production issues, enhancements, and bot optimizations
Follow AI governance, data privacy, and enterprise data management (EDM) standards
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience as a Kore.ai Developer
Expertise in Chatbots / Conversational AI / Virtual Assistants
Solid understanding of AI & Automation concepts
Experience building AI Agents and intelligent workflows
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services
Strong experience in REST APIs, Webhooks, and Integrations
Knowledge of JavaScript / Node.js for custom scripting
Experience with NLU, NLP, Intent classification, Entity extraction
Preferred
Experience with Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
Exposure to LLMs and Generative AI integrations
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of Omnichannel deployments (Web, Mobile, WhatsApp, MS Teams, IVR)
Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, SSO authentication mechanisms
Prior experience in Agile / Scrum environments
