Responsibilities

Develop and own DebtBook’s field marketing and events strategy, positioning events as a core, scalable pipeline channel
Define how DebtBook shows up at industry conferences, hosted events, roadshows, and executive programs — from audience targeting to messaging to experience
Partner closely with Sales leadership, ensuring tight coordination before, during, and after events to maximize pipeline creation and acceleration
Establish clear ROI frameworks for events, including pipeline attribution, influenced revenue, and post-event conversion metrics
Partner with Sales to build repeatable pre-event and post-event motions (target account outreach, meeting scheduling, follow-up campaigns, and pipeline progression)
Oversee execution of events in collaboration with an events coordinator and external vendors, providing strategic direction rather than owning logistics day-to-day
Identify new field marketing opportunities beyond traditional conferences, such as executive dinners, regional meetups, customer events, and partner-led programs
Collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Content Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaign execution
Manage field marketing budgets, sponsorship decisions, and vendor relationships to maximize impact and efficiency
Track, analyze, and report on field marketing performance, continuously refining strategy based on data and sales feedback
