Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets
Stay updated on the company's products, services, and industry trends
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports, including customer profiles, sales activities, and pipeline updates
Collaborate with marketing and other teams to identify and nurture leads
Assist customers with product selection, pricing inquiries, and order processing
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences
Collect and relay customer feedback to improve products and services
Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities
Utilize sales tools and technology, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, to manage leads, track customer interactions, and streamline sales processes
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and development programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience
Strong relationship-building skills
Excellent listening, persuasion, negotiation, and time management abilities
Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services
Familiarity with marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
Understanding of customer service principles and processes
Proficient in written and verbal communication
Intermediate industry and product knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software
