Responsibilities

Learn and grow within the Branch Network at the ground floor
Build a book of business through proactive, outbound calls to existing Schwab clients
Uncover opportunities through needs-based analysis and positioning appropriate products and solutions
Observe skilled Financial Consultants and learn how to deliver unparalleled value and service through collaboration and mentoring

Qualification

Series 7 licenseSeries 66 licenseLifeHealth Insurance licenseCertified Financial PlannerFinancial business developmentBrokerage/banking knowledgeClient relationship buildingBachelor’s degreeFinancial services experience

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
A valid and active Series 7 license required
A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license required (may be obtained within a 120 day condition of employment)
A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license is required (may be obtained within a 120 day condition of employment)
Minimum of two years of experience in the financial services industry (required)
Knowledge of brokerage/banking products and services
Strong client relationship building experience

Preferred

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification is preferred
Financial business development experience (highly preferred)
