Work From Home Sales Coordinator
MissionHires is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join their remote sales team. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, guide them through benefits programs, and assist them in choosing the best coverage for their needs.
Responsibilities
Call the leads that we provide to schedule Zoom meetings with clients
Present benefit programs to enroll new clients and grow solid relationships with them
Work with your manager to establish clear objectives and goals for yourself and achieve them through focused effort and determination
Qualification
Required
Motivated, organized, and people-focused professional
Coachable attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Genuine interest in helping people and providing high-quality service
Must hold or be willing to obtain an insurance license (support provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be fluent in English and reside in Canada (except Quebec)
Must have a computer or laptop (tablets/Chromebooks not supported)
Preferred
Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
