Responsibilities
Enter bills on a regular schedule into our AP system, ensuring accuracy of coding and classing
Help with review of company credit card charges, ensuring accurate coding and compliant receipts
Assist with analytical projects as needed
Support both Accounts Payable team with month end tasks
Communicate effectively & professionally (written and verbal) with people both inside and outside the company
Cooperate with management to complete any other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Pursuing a 2- or 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance or related analytical field
Ability to effectively communicate on the phone and through email/text in a professional and efficient manner
Computer skills including the ability to perform advanced functions in excel including pivot tables, lookup functions, etc
Strong attention to detail will be key to success in this role
Ability to read, write, clearly speak, and understand English
A favorable drug test and acceptable background and driving record are also required
This role is onsite in Fridley, MN
