Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement applications for computer systems, ensuring they meet user expectations and company standards
Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements and ensure the application meets user needs
Conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability and scalability of the application and oversee the development process to adhere to best practices
Evaluate and implement software integrations, ensuring applications can scale effectively and perform optimally under varying loads
Ensure that applications comply with security standards and data privacy regulations, protecting against potential vulnerabilities
Provide guidance and support to development teams, helping them understand architectural principles and best practices
Review existing system architectures and suggest improvements or alternatives
Identify and resolve any application and data issues
Monitor and manage the regular updates and upgrades of the software applications
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#), software design patterns, and system architectures (e.g., microservices, service-oriented architecture)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their architectural principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Must be able to pass a background check
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail
Ability to analyze systems and procedures

Preferred
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
Previous experience in software development and architecture, with a proven track record of successful application design and implementation
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
Excellent communication, technical writing, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently
