Responsibilities
Assisting in client interviews, including incarcerated clients
Assisting attorneys in jury selection during trials
Filing papers, motions and other court filings
Organizing and digesting discovery
Archiving cases
Support attorneys as they prepare and conduct trials and hearings
Provide coverage to other paralegals who are “buddies” on the team while they are on vacation or on trial
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and MS Word
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a team setting
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple working relationships with professionalism
