Responsibilities

Lead the development, coordination, and execution of the annual operating budget and periodic reforecasts
Partner with cross-functional leaders across corporate, operations, and clinical/business units to ensure alignment with strategic and growth objectives
Monitor performance versus budget and forecast, delivering timely variance analysis and insights on key financial and operational drivers
Build and maintain driver-based, scalable financial models appropriate for a multi-site, high-growth environment
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Conduct detailed financial and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Develop executive-ready financial presentations and narratives for senior leadership, investors, and board-level reporting
Serve as a trusted financial advisor to operations, clinical leadership, and functional department heads
Translate operational performance (volume, labor, utilization, margin) into financial impact
Support strategic decision-making through scenario analysis, investment modeling, ROI assessments, and sensitivity analysis
Support private equity reporting, investor requests, and lender reporting as required
Assist with M&A, de novo expansion, and strategic investment analysis, including underwriting, valuation support, and post-acquisition performance tracking
Partner with leadership to track performance against deal models and original investment assumptions
Continuously enhance FP&A processes, financial models, and reporting tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Implement best practices for financial planning, forecasting, and performance management in a growing, multi-entity environment
Leverage ERP systems, financial planning tools, and BI platforms to improve data quality and insight delivery
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting for senior management and executive leadership
Provide financial support for special projects, growth initiatives, and strategic planning efforts

Required

5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, transaction services, or a related analytical role
Experience supporting private equity–backed companies or working in investment banking or transaction-focused environments
Prior experience in multi-site, high-growth healthcare or services-based organizations strongly preferred
Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and investment evaluation
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information clearly to senior leaders and non-financial stakeholders
Strong business acumen with an operational mindset and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment

Preferred

Prior experience in multi-site, high-growth healthcare or services-based organizations strongly preferred
Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
Comfort operating in high-growth, evolving organizations with changing priorities and incomplete data
